We offer a variety of repairs, assessment fee/quotes are R550.00 and are payable upfront, this fee falls away should you accept the repair, after paying your 50% deposit we will start your repair, once we have fixed and tested your drone we will inform you that the unit is available for shipping, upon payment of the balance.

PROCEDURE

• Send us a mail explaining the problem & pictures if possible.
• We will acknowledge the mail and inform you if it’s worth repairing.
• Invoice will be provided for assessment fee, once payment has cleared, we will provide you with a shipping address and you can courier the unit at your expense and preferred insurance method.
• Should you be in the Cape Town area you are welcome to drop your drone with us.
• Assessment and repair quote provided. Upon acceptance 50% deposit fee is paid.
• Repair / Test
• Pay balance of repair and return shipping method.
• Item shipped.
• All repairs carry a 90-day warranty, does not include user error.
